安顺家乡蒸鱼头, 太平村 (Ah Soon Restaurant, Kg Desa Aman Sg Buloh)


杂炒莲藕, topped with shredded cuttlefish, the stir fried assorted vegetables had a crunchy texture. I especially liked the combination of white fungus, hazelnuts, lotus roots and yao yu si (尤鱼丝).




a hidden place in Sg Buloh where you can find a good home cooked Talapia fish, their kampung style Steamed Fish in the Tray (家乡蒸鱼) is their signature..
the steamed fish is cooked with plenty of ginger, bird’s eye chilli, black fungus, bean curd sheets, tomatoes, salted vegetable and tofu puffs
 
 


品香食家小馆 (Pan Heong Restaurant - Batu Caves)

Their Signature, Fish Porridge (鱼片粥)..
so suit my taste especially the porridge texture.
