发记整间店都是卖烧腊的。这年头,能这样做的,他的烧腊该有些水准。得确他的烧鸭和叉烧都还不错。只是我嫌它太多酱汁,吃不到烧鸭真正的原汁原味。不过,那有少许药材味的酱汁,还是蛮下饭的。味道刚刚好。不太咸或甜。辣椒酱也合我的口味。
两个人吃了差不多半只烧鸭,两个位的叉烧,饭两碗,唐茶两杯,全餐只花了大概RM 17大元而已。抵到烂!满足!
之后,我们就想找看另一间听说也是以烧鸭出名的店。后来查了GPS,原来离发记不远。我们就去试找找看。嘿嘿。。也给我们找到了!

看到那一只只吊着,烧到红红的鸭子,我们真的忍耐不住了。就跟老板说,打包一只!老板说,我们很好彩,不用排队。平时,可要排上一阵子的喔。。
后来,我看到老板选了一只烧鸭给我们,可是却不是马上斩,而是叫帮手拿去后面。
觉得很奇怪,就问了老板。他说,要把那只鸭翻炸一次。哪就会更赞!
哗。。听了,口水都要留出来了。
一只卖RM48大元!跟我在网上说的有点出入。我想是起价了吧。
跟发记比,这里的烧鸭原汁原味!肉很juicy,皮很脆!我超爱!这是除了pudu适苑酒家的琵琶鸭之外,我吃的最津津有味的!爱死你了,烧鸭!
